LAKE DUNSTAN TRAIL
55 kilometres of off-road trail
Stunning scenery
Over 84,000 people in it’s first year
Our first major project, the Lake Dunstan Cycling and Walking Trail, successfully opened in May 2021. It surpassed all expectations, achieving Great Ride status in 2022.
SOUTHERN LAKES TRAILS
Southern Lakes Trails was created to unify the work of the various local trail trusts, bringing together the best in governance and expertise. Southern Lakes Trails is now a registered charity.
The journey to creating world class trails is long and challenging, but thanks to this hardworking team of patrons, trustees and key funders, we are reaping the rewards.
